How one load ships itself

  1. You ask for a price. A shipper types what they need to send, like "20 pallets from Dallas to Amarillo, tomorrow." Ardia works out a fair price in seconds.
  2. Ardia finds a truck. Ardia checks that trucking companies are licensed and insured, and asks them for a price. The best offer comes to you.
  3. The paperwork does itself. The contract is filled in from the load and signed inside the app. No printing, no scanning, no fax.
  4. Watch the truck live. Everyone sees the truck on a map. If it is running late, Ardia tells you before anyone has to call and ask.
  5. Delivered, with proof. At the dock, the driver gets a signature on the phone. Ardia saves the proof of delivery with the load.
  6. Everyone gets paid. Ardia makes the invoice from the load, with any waiting time already added. You check it and send it.

What do brokers pay?
No monthly fee. A software fee per booked load: $5 when the carrier pay is under $500, otherwise 2% of the carrier pay, capped at $100. It's charged to the broker, never taken from the carrier.
Does freight money go through Ardia Pro?
No. Shippers pay brokers and brokers pay carriers the way they always have. Ardia Pro only charges its own fees.
Can my customer track a load without an account?
Yes. Send one link. They watch the truck live from pickup to delivery with nothing to install, until the link is turned off.
